Opportunities to Serve

Being a big family, we need the support of people with big hearts. We invite you to discern to see if God is inviting you to serve with us. There are many who live nearby and can support us on a weekly basis and there are others who have the ability to come and commit to serving for a year or more. Missionary Volunteers

The Missionary Volunteers will be accompanied by the Franciscan Friars of the Renewal with a week filled with mission and service at the HOGAR, and a life of prayer and fraternity.

3 Month Program - June 1 to August 27

1 year program - starts August 16

​

There are separate houses for women and men.

​

Volunteer Profile :

• 21-30 years old

• Conversational Spanish

• Some time of university studies

• Committed Catholic

• Desire and capacity for missionary service, community life, and common prayer.

• Ability to work with children
